WHEREAS, said thoroughfare has been continuously used as
a public thoroughfare for more than ten years prior to the date
of this resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City has maintained the above described
thoroughfare as a public road for more than ten years prior here-
to; and
WHEREAS, the adjoining residents have requested that the
City give the thoroughfare an official name and officially make
it a part of the City's street system; and
WHEREAS, the City now desires to make said thoroughfare
an official part of the City road system;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City declares the thoroughfare des-

cribed above hereby dedicated by use as a public street of Salt Cn

Lake City and hereby gives it the name of Rosewood Park Drive.
