De it Resolved by the City Council of Salt Lake City, that
hereafter no permit shall be given by the City Council to
make an opening in the sidewalks of this city, except as pro—
vided by the ordinances. And that no permit shall be ;;ranted
for any such opening in said sidewalks except within four feet
of the property line.
