RESOLUTION .
WHEREAS, By petition No. 913 the Bird-Mendenhall Construction
Company have requested permission of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City to assign the contract awarded to them for Paving
Extension No. 74 to G. A. Reman; and have also requested that the
said Board of Commissioners grant an extension of sixty days in
the time required to complete said contract:
NOR THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the said Bird-Mendenhall
Construction Company be permitted to assign and sub-let the work
, under their said contract for Paving Extension No. 74 to G. A. Heml.n,
upon the condition, however, that the said Bird-Mendenhall Con-
struction Con!:':ny, and their bondsmen the ='fidelity and Deposit
Company of Maryland, be in no way released from responsibility
thereunder, as provided in Section 9 of the said contract between
the said Company and Salt Lake City; and the time in which the
said Bird-Mendenhall Construction Coraw:.ny and its assigns shall
complete the said contract is hereby extended to October 51, 1912.
