be received and filed; that the said improvement be made; that the Pork
therefor be Hone under the supervision of the Supervisor of the
Department of Streets k Public Improvements, and according to the
specifications for Onrb and Gutter work heretofore approved by the
Board of Commissioners, and the Board is authorized to proceed to advertise
for bids for making such improvement, for a period of twenty days.
