Result RESOLUTION
WHE S, Lizzie Elkins has petitioned the Board of
Commissions s, asking that the City allow her to redeem Lots
9, 10, 11 d 12, Block 14, Lake View Subdivision of Blodk
170, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, from tax titles ac-
quired thereto by Salt Lake City, Utah,
AND WHEREAS, the amount of taxes and interest for
which said City purchased said lots is the sum of $64.23:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Lizzie Elkins be, •
and she hereby is, allowed to repurchase said lots from Salt
Salt Lake City; and the Mayor of said city is hereby author-
ized and directed to make and execute, and the City Recorder
is directed to countersign a quit-claim deed from said Salt
Lake City to said Lizzie Elkins for the lots above described;
and said City Recorder is directed to deliver said deed to
said Lizzie Elkins upon payment to the City of said sum of
