WHE LaS, Salt Lake City has acquired certain 'rater rights
In the flowing well water :district located at a)_?roximately 48th
South Street and east of 3th East Street in Salt Lake County, State
of Utah, and has cetermineL, that for the good of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City it is necessary to bring said acquire~ florin=- well
water by pipeline to Palt Lake City, Utah, to be distributed among
its inhabitants; and
WHEREAS, Salt Lake City has enterec; into a contract to
have said pipeline laid for the purpose of bringing said water to
Salt Lake City; and
1,I1 RHEAS, it is necessary in order to brin7, said water to
Salt Lake City that a pi�.zeline be laid for the purpose or delivering
said water to the cater mains of dalt Lake City for the purpose of
distributing it to the inhabitants of said city; and
„Jk bAS, i1� is and is hereby declared to be necessary for
said city to have a psr-)etual easement for a right of way over the
following described property through which said pipeline will run,
to—wit:
Beginning at the northwest corner of property of
Pearl Lyle Neilson, in the S. E. 8/4 of the S. E. 1/4
of Sec. 6, T. S,, R. 1 E., S. L. M., running
thence S. S'O 241 E. 490 ft., plus or minus, to the
east fence line of said property; containing 0.77
acres, plus or minus.

is to run have refused to accept the price tendered by the city for
