RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, William A. Tucker was employed by Salt Lake City
in its Street Department for a period of 25 years and has now
voluntarily retired from further employment by the city; and,
WHEREAS, during his long tenure of service he has served
with fidelity and has capably discharged the duties assigned to
him; and,
WHEREAS, through his faithful attention to his duties he
has rendered valuable service to Salt Lake City and its in-
habitants:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF SALT LAKE CITY that said Board does hereby express to Mr. Tucker,
on behalf of said Board and the residents of the city, sincere
thanks and appreciation for his devoted services.
The City Recorder is hereby directed to deliver a copy of
this resolution to Mr. Tucker.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 4th day of May, 1967.
