WHEREAS Mr. LW. Lawrence Commissioner of Public Affairs and
Finance is about to be temperarily absent from the discharge
of the duties of such position.
Resolved that during the temporary absence of Mr. Lawrence.
as aforesaid, Mr. R.P. Morris Commissioner of Streets and Public
Improvements be and is hereby designated to act as Commissioner
of Public Affairs and Finance.
