At a meeting of the Board of Commissioners held Lurch 15.
1916, the following resolution introduced by rr. Gcheid was adopted:
BE IT R iiOLVB) by the Board of Commissioners of :,alt Lake
City, Utah:
That the City Treasurer of this City be, and he hereby
it directed to deposit with the E.tate a3ank of "!rementont of Tre*ontoa.
Utah, for the period of seven months from March 20, 1916, the sun
of 430.000.00, the sane being a portion of the moneys realized
from the sale of the last installment of a525,000.00 water bonds
and 1375.000.00 sewer bonds/ authorised by a vote of the people of
this city on February 14, 1914, said sum to draw interest at the
rate of 4.1/2 per cent per annum, upon the said Bank furnishing a
corporate surety bond to be approved by the Board of Commissioners
of salt Lake City, payable to the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, in said sum of 30,000.00, conditioned for the payment of
said sum of $30.000.00 and interest as aforesaid, at the expiration
of seven months from March 20, 1916.

Be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Like
City, Utah:
That the City Treasurer of this city be, and he hereby is
directed to deposit with the State Bank of Tremonton, of Tremonton,
Utah, for the period of seven months from March *, 1916, the sum
of $30,000.00, the same being a portion of the moneys realized
from the sale of the last installment of $525,000.00 water bonds
and $375,000.00 sewer bonds authorized by a vote of the people of
this city on February 14, 1914, said sum to draw interest at the
rate of 4i per cent per annum, upon the said Bank furnishing a

Lake City, payable to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
in said sum of $30,000.00, conditioned for the payment of said
sum of $30,000.00 and interest as aforesaid, at the expiration of
