WHEREAS, on November 16, 1977 the Board of Salt Lake City
Commissioners adopted a resoultion establishing collective bargaining
procedures for Salt Lake City Corporation; and
WHEREAS, on February 7, 1978 said resolution was amended to
clarify and better focus the commission's intention with regard
to said procedures; and
WHEREAS, the Commission now desires to further amend said
resolution by amending Appendix "A" thereof relating to employment
positions exempted from collective bargaining activities.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, Utah, that Appendix "A" of the collective
bargaining resolution adopted on November 16, 1977 and amended on
February 7, 1978, is hereby amended to read as specified in the
Amended Appendix "A" as attached hereto and adopted herewith
by reference.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 15th day of February, 1978.
