, RESOLUTION .
WHEREAS, in October 1910, notice of intention of Sidewalk
Estension ITo. 154, on Second South Street between Second East and Third
East •Streets, was advertised; and
WHEREAS, the papers in this matter were ordered filed and
the matter laid over until releases had been secured from the abutting
property owners; and
0TT:REAS, releases have been filed :from a majority of the
abutting property owners and a bond and agreement signed by Edward
D. Swan, ;!alter M. Jones and John Osborn, Jr. to reimburse the city
for any damages recovered against the city by reason of the construction
of this sidewalk; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Engineer be instructed to
furnish preliminary estimate and the City Recorder instructed to
advertise necessary notice of intention for the construction of Sidewalk
