Result RESOLUTION
/TERRAS, The Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City has
heretofore agreed to convey oertain property along the Jordan and
Salt Lake Canal, along a portion of the street known as Highland
Park Drive, to the Denver S Rio Grande Railroad Company, a Corpo-
ration, and to Mahala Smoot, and to the Granite Lumber Company, a
Corporetion, and also to Fairmount Springs Realty Company; and
!REBELS, The Fairmount Springs Realty Company has transferred
its property to the Granite Lumber Company, which last mentioned
Company is entitled to the deed that the City was to make to said
Fairmount Springs Realty Company; and
'WHEREAS, Deeds in accordance with the agreement above mentioned
have been prepared:
NOR THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the Mayor and City Reoorder
be authorized and directed to execute the deeds aforesaid, which
are herewith presented with this resolu on
