RESOLUTION
Result

WHEREAS, Mrs. Margaret Alberta Byrne Goggin,
beloved wife of Commissioner P,H,Goggin, departed this life
on Tuesday, April 28th, 1936, and
WHEREAS, the fellow members of the Board of
Commissioners desire at this time and on this sad occasion
to express to Commissioner Goggin their deepest sympathy.
We share with him the sadness of separation, a nd.
WHEREAS, in her life Mrs. Margaret Alberta.Byrne
Goggin has been an ardent church worker, active in every
possible way, always actuated by a spirit of service which
inspired the loyalty and affection of all persons with whom
she was associated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board
does hereby express its appreciation of the sterling character
and fortitude of Mrs.Goggin a nd does offer condolence and
most sincere sympathy to Commissioner Goggin and other members
of the family in this hour of trial.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be
spread upon the minutes of this meeting and that an engrossed
copy be sent to Commissioner Goggin.
