RESOLUTION OF CONDOLENCE

WHEREAS, L. Pierce Brady, departed this life on the day
of MaY , 1965; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Brady was a person of many talents, being distinguished
in business, banking, religious and civic fields; and
WHEREAS, he was highly respected and honored by the business com-
munity and by those whom he'served; and
WHEREAS, he devoted his talents to the betterment of Salt Lake City
and played an important part in the life and growth of the city, state
and the church with which he was affiliated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
SALT LAKE CITY that tribute is hereby expressed for the life and work of
L. Pierce Brady, for his fine contribution to the welfare and growth of
this city, state of Utah, and to the commercial interests which he so
ably served.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the members of the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City do hereby express their deep sympathy on behalf of them-
selves and the citizens of Salt Lake City to the family of Mr. Brady.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Recorder transmit a copy of this
Resolution to the family of Mr. Brady.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
3rd day of June, 1965.
