Result RESOLUTION
Be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
That the City Treasurer of this city be, and he hereby is
directed to d eposit with the State Bank of Tremonton, of Tremonton,
Utah, for the period of seven months from March 24, 1916, the sum of
$80,000, the same being a portion of the moneys realised from the
sale of the last installment of $525,000 water bonds and $575,000
sewer bonds authorized by a vote of the people of this city on Pebruary
14, 1914, said sum to draw interest at the rate of 4 per cent per

annum, upon said Bank's furnishing corporate surety bonds, not to es- �.
seed three, to be approved by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, payable to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, in
said sum of $30,000, conditioned for the payment of said sum of
$50,000 and interest as aforesaid, at the expiration of seven months
from March 25,, 1916.
This resolution takes the place of, and is a substitute for,
a similar resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners March 16,
1916.
