Dear Sir:-
Referring to Petition No. 156 of 1912, order-
ing work on Curb and Gutter Extension No. 24, and your re-
quest of yesterday, asking that proper deductions be made
from our previous estimate, due to the paving of Third Ave-
nue you are advised that the statement below covers the
matter.

RES 0 L U T I 0 N .
RESOLVED, that the communication of the City Recorder in
regard to advertising notice of intention of Curb & Gutter Extension
No. 24, be received and filed; that the said improvement he made; that
the work therefor be done under the supervision of the Supervisor AlikAtm
of Streets and Public Improvements; that the City Engineer be
instructed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and
submit sane to the Board of Commissioners for its approval; and that
the City Recorder be authorized to advertise for bids for making of
such improvements, for a period of twenty days.

Utah,Novemher 18, 1912.
