I Mr. Chairman - - • _ I Result RESOLUTION , WHEREAS, Mrs. Jean Russell Finch, the beloved wife of our highly esteened Chief of Police and former City Commissioner, de- parted this life on August 16th, 1937; and `` WHEREAS, the City Commission of Salt Lake City, desire at lithis time and on this sad occasion to express their deepest sympath/ Ito him and to the other members of the bereaved family; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board does here- by express its appreciation of the sterling character,itltegrity and fortitude of Mrs. Finch, who was at all times willing to serve the community which she respected so highly; and this Commission does hereby wish to pay tribute to the memory of this most useful citize;u and does offer condolence and most sincere sympathy to Mr. Finch Hand his family in this, their great hour of trial.
