RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Salt Lake City is the owner of 56 shares of stock
in the Spring Creek Irrigation Company; and
WHEREAS, said City is desirous that said stock be voted at
the regular meeting of stockholders of said corporation to be
held April 20, 1916:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RES0LVED That Sylvester Q. Cannon, City
{ Engineer, be, and he hereby is, directed and authorized to repre-
sent said stook at said meeting and vote the eame, and to exercise
all the powers, rights and privileges of the City at said meeting;
that the Mayor and City Recorder be, and they here are, authorized
! and directed to execute a proxy on behalf of Salt Lake City to
said Sylvester Q. Cannon in pursuance of this resolution.
