V-HFRE:AS, The Boacrd of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah passed and adopted on July 70, 1928 a resolution levying a
tax of eleven (11) mills on each dollar assessed ve,ulation of
said real and personal property within Snit Lake City, made
taxable by law, and

distribution of saic tax r.mon.- the various _;ur,.oses., for .hich
taxes may be levied and r:-iced; :na for the cur?:ose of correcting
said distribution, saic- resolution adopteo on July 70, 1928 is
hereby confirmed as to the levy of erio tax, end amended as to
said distribution to the various purposes to read as follovs:
Be it resolved by the Bo.re1 of Commissioners of Silt
Lake City, Utah:
Th- t Cor the purpose of cefr.ayins the necessary and
proper expenses of Salt Lake City, and m:intainine the gov,rnment
thereof, there be and thee is hereby levied uron Ell the r al
and personal property within Salt Lake City, made taxt:ble by low,
for the fiscal year ending December Cl, 1928, a tax of eleven(11)
mills on each dollar assessed valuation of said property.
Said tax is hereby levied Inc to be raised for the
following purposes, and is and shall be 51aortioned to such
