R ESOLUTIO N.
HERLAS, on January .'TO, 1925, after due and proper notice
end the full compliance. with all legal reeuirements, there was re-
;ularly levied a tax by bill -E of 19a:5 upon all the property within
the district known as Street Extension No. 6 for the purpose of
opening Vestminster Avenue in Salt Lake City; and
H»T.:CAS, in the judgment of the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, ' tah, it is proper that interest charges on the
principal of said tax be abated to all taxpayers and abutters af-
fected by said extension under the following terms.
NOV., TRL .ESOP.i, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be and he hereby is authorizes to abate the interest on all unpaid
taxes levied by and under the authority of the ordinance creating
Street extension No. 6, same being bill ..='2 of 19D5, provided the
principal sum of said tax levied is paid in full on or before the
1st day of July, 19L9, and he is further ordered and directed to
,refund and remit any interest heretofore raid on the -,principal
tax levied by authority of said ordinance.
