Result
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor of Salt Lake City and the
City Recorder of Salt Lake City, a Municipal Corporation of the
State of Utah, be and they are hereby authorized and directed on
behalf of the City of Salt Lake to execute and deliver to the
Government of the United States that certain lease dated the
nth day of June 1941, and by references incorporated
herein and made a part of this Resolution, said lease covering the
following described property situated in the County of Salt Lake,
State of Utah:
The northeast quarter of Section 28, Township 1
North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian,
except the north 1 rod thereof, situated in Salt
Lake County, State of Utah, containing 159 acres
more or less,
Subject to a right-of-way granted May 27, 1902
to the Telluride Power Company, a Corporation, grant-
ing to it the right to erect and maintain 2 lines of
poles and electrical transmission circuits across
the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of
Section 28; and
Subject to a right-of-way granted March 19, 1909
to the Telluride Power Company granting to it the
right to erect, operate and maintain electrical
power transmission and telephone circuits and appur-
tenances attached to a double line of towers with
right of ingress and egress to the following des-
cribed property: The north one half of Section 28;
also
Subject to a right-of-way granted February 21,
1929 to the Wasatch Gas Company, a Utah Corporation,
giving it a right-of-way across the north half of
the northeast quarter of Section 28 to lay, maintain,
operate and remove a pipe line with the right of
ingress and egress to and from said right-of-way.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Sa t Lake City,
Utah, this 5th day of August A.D., 1941.
