WHEREAS, a Municipal Election was head on the 7th day of
November, 1 911, in this city; and
WHEREAS, or the 15th day of November, 1911 , being the Monday
next following said election, the City Council , as required by law,
convene(3. and did publicly canvass the results of said election and
continued in public sessicn from time to time until the same was com-
pleted; and
WHEREAS, on this , the l;th day of Noverbe r, 1911, hewing

named persons were elected by a plurality of votes to the offices set
opposite their respective names.
NOW TI 11fFOPE, BE IT } JSOLVED, that certificates of election
issue to the following named persons to the offices set opposite their
respective) times; they, and each of them, having received a plurality
of all the votes cast, and they, and each of them, are hereby declared to
have been duly elected to said offices.
