RESOLUTION .
WHIMEAS, The City Council o_ f vt e. Cry, Utah , did between
November 13, 1911 and November 15, 19114 duly and according to law
publicly canvass the results of the municipal election held in said
city November 7 , 1911, and on said last named date having completed
such canvass , did duly find and declare that the below named persons
received a plurality of all the votes cast at said election for the
office set opposite their respective names , and that they were
duly elected to said office , and that certificates of election be
issued to them and each of them; and
WHEREAS, No certificates of election have at this time been
issued;
NOW THMEFOR$, Be it resolved that the City Recorder of this
city be , and he is hereby ordered and directed to issue certificates
of election of the following named persons to the offices sat
opposite their respective names , to-wit:
Samuel C. Park, Mayor;
George D. Keyser, Two year term commissioner;
W. H. Korns , Two year term commissioner ;
Henry W. Lawrence , Four year term commissions ;
Richard P. Morris , Four year term commissioner;
• W. H. Shearman, Auditor.
