WHEREAS, The sum of Six Thousand ("6,000.00) Dollars
has heretofore been set aside by this Council for the purchase
and installation of a police alarm system, known as the Signal-
phone System; and
WHEREAS, The contract price for the Signaiphone ap-
paratus is Pour Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Five (04,875.00)
Dollars;
BE IT RESOLVED; That the unexpended balance of One
Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Five (01,125.00) Dollars be trans-
' ferred to the credit of the Street Department to defray the
expense of purchasing and installing conduits and conduit wir-
ing, the cu ttin:~ of sidewalks, drilling of basement 'walls,
overhead wire construction, an,a such other work as may be nec-
essary to fully complete said system.
BE IT P"URTHER RESOLVED; That a copy of this resolu-
tion be mailed to the UTAH LIGHT & RAIL7AY O0LPANY, the
PIOUITTAIIT STATES TELE?HOI'E & TELEGRAPH COIIPArr and the CAPITAL
ELECTRIC OMPPANY. ,�
