WHEREAS,tho Utah Light & Railway company is creating obst-
ructions in the public streets by piling the snow cleaned from its
tracks on the street intersections,near the sidewalks,causing endless
trouble to pals traffic,now therefore be it, i
Resolved that the xtt; city council the proper of-
ficials of the Utah Light & i. wdy cowpazy to see that the snow
cleaned from the company's trackd is hauled away as rapidly as it is
removed from ti[aka the tracks and be it further,
Resolved,that the chief of police be instructed toeee that
the order of this council is carried out.
