A RESOLUTION
NHEREAS, under date of June 4th, 1931, a
resolution was adopted appointing necessary judges of
election for Special Bond Election called within Salt
Lake City, for July 1st, 1931, upon the question of
incurring a bonded indebtedness of Salt Lake City, and
WHEREAS, since the adoption of resolution
approving appointment of said judges various changes
have become necessary by reason of inability of judges
so appointed to act July 1st, 1931,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Recorder be and she is hereby authorized to appoint the
following substitute judges of election to act for the
Special City Election to be held July 1st, 1931, to-wit:
For Districts Nos. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,
26 and 27, Mrs.Ethel Lambourne, 662 Kensington Ave.
to act in place of Mrs. Stanley Tingey, 651 Bryan Ave.
Fcr Districts Nos. 32, 33, 34 and 36, Mrs.
JackettaDavis, 1579 Sherman Ave. to act in place of
Mrs. Helen Cowan, 1359 Gilmer Drive.
For Districts Nos. 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56,
Mrs. J.W.Sellwood, 180 Coataville Ave., to act in
place of Mrs. Myrtle B. Law, 1906 S.State St.
For Districts Noe. 61, 62, 6 3, 64, 69, 70,

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, tnat the City Re-
corder, be and she is hereby empowered and directed to make any
further aid necessary changes to properly and legally make said
special election of July 1st, 1931, effective.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in the opinion of the
Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the health, pace and
safety of the inhabitants of said City that this resolution take
effect immediately and said resolution shall take effect upon the
passage thereof.
