RESOLVED, That'the Mayor and City Recorder be, and they are
hereby directed to execute and countersign an agreement presented
by the City Attorney, between Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County
waiving for the period of two years the provisions of a deed
executed by Salt, Lake City to Salt Lake County September 26, 1891.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City,Utah, January 6th, 1916.
