WHEREAS, Detective Green B. Hamby was killed while
in the performance of his duty on the 8th day of February,
1921; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to provide for a suitable
burial of each officer.

NOW, THEBErORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Sexton
be Fad he is hereby directed to execute and deliver to Itra.
Lucile Hamby, widow of said deceased officer, without cost s
conveyance to the following described lot in the City Ceme-
tery, to-wit:
The East half of Lot 12, in Park Block 32.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this ` day of February, 1921.
