Result
WHEREAS, on or about the second day of May, 1935, W. D.
Beers, George D. Keyser, Fisher Harris and Louis Marcus each sub-
scribed to one share of the capital stock of Provo River Water Users
Association, and each of them became and subscribed himself as one
of the incorporators of said Association; and
WHEREAS, their action, and the action of each of them, was
taken at the request of Salt Lake City as its representative and agent,
and not in their own right; and
WHEREAS, all of the actions aforesaid were taken by said
persons for the benefit of Salt Lake'-City, and by it, only pending the
creation and organization of the Metropolitsn Water District of Salt
Lake City, for its ultimate benefit and in anticipation that it would,
when organized, take over the stock thus subscribed for and assume the
benefits and burdens incident to the ownership thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake City
has been organized and now desires the transfer to it of the said stoc
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that rill the interest of Salt
Lake City in the stock so subscribed, namely, four shares of the capi-
tal stock of the Provo River Water Users Association, be and the same
hereby is assigned, transferred and set over unto the Metropolitan
Water District of Salt Lake City.
