said airport to provide additional buildings, hangars, runuops,
landing fields, proper _ srds and al devices, and other air-
craft facilities, and it is to the public interest and for the
public benefit that such expansion be made;

oners of salt Lake City that it is necessary and to the public
interest of said City and its inhabitants that the City expand its
.;alt Lake City hunicipal airport Le. 1 to include the land herein-
after described to construct, maintain and operate thereon build-
ings, hangars, runways, landing fields, guards, signal devices,
and other airport facilities, all in accordance pith plans and
specifications heretofore prepared fur and approved by the board
of Cool iaoioners of Jalt Lake City;
That the construction, maintenance and operation of said
expanded airport facilities be and the sane are hereby authorized;
?hat the said land hereinafter described and th t;h:Ule
thereof is hereby determined to be necessary and the most suitable
place for the location, construction, maintenance and operation
sad expansion of said airport, and its facilities as so expanded,
and the acquiring; of said land by ;,eat ode City for such purpose
is hereby declared to be a public necessity and for the cad,
well-being, and. protection of the inhabitants of said City;
That condemnation proceedings be, and the same hereby

The parcels of land hereinabove referred to and author-
ized to be condemned hereunder are situated in ;Pelt Lake County,
State of Utah, and here particularly described as follows:
