RESOLUTION
Result
WHEREAS, on April 12, 1955, Salt Lake City passed Ordinance No. 29
creating Bonneville Golf Course Revenue bonds in the authorized sum of
4100,000; and
WHEREAS, twenty Five of the :'100,000 bonds, in addition to the bonds
heretofore issued, have been sold and the purchasers desire delivery
thereof now; and
WHEREAS, Tallmadge and Tallmadbe, attorneys at law, Denver, Colorado,
have furnished an opinion stating that the city is authorized to make
partial delivery of the aforementioned bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R:SOLTED that the City Treasurer of Salt Lake
City is authorized and directed to deliver to F. T. Boise and Thornton D.
Morris twenty five (25) „1,000 bonds of the Bonneville Golf Course Revenue
Bonds, to mature ten (10) on October 1, 1957, nine (9) on October 1, 1958
and six (6) on October 1, 1959, upon receipt of $25,000 and accrued interest
and issue their receipt therefor.
