Harmsen ✓ / ?dG'���SGt Harrison Phillips Result RESOLUTION /1 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the employees of Model Cities to be able to apply for unemployment compensation under Salt Lake City Corporation rather than applying for such coverage as a separate agency; and WHEREAS, the Department of Employment Security has consented to such a proposal upon the approval of the Board of City Commissioners of Salt Lake City Corporation; and WHEREAS, the Board of City Commissioners of Salt Lake City is not opposed to the proposal by Model Cities regarding the eligibility of their employees for unemployment covereage under Salt Lake City Corporation. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City that there is hereby expressed to the Department of Employment Security the approval of the Board of City Commissioners of Salt Lake City consenting to the request of Model Cities that its employees be entitled to apply for unemployment compensation under Salt Lake City Corporation.
