WHEREAS, Salt Lake City has authorized the con-
struction of a new Board of Health Building, but is
without funds in the fiscal year budget beginning
July 1, 1964, and ending June 30, 1965, to equip
said building fully with necessary furnishings; and
WHEREAS, to secure financial participation by
the Federal Government in the cost of said building
and furnishings, provision must be made to obtain all
necessary furnishings as of July 1, 1965:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH that funds will
be made available in the budget for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1965 for supplying said building
with all necessary furnishings for its proper function-
ing_
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah, this 29th day of July, 1964.
