Scheid { Shearman Wellsir Mr.Chairman i Result RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Salt Lake and Ogden railway Company has tracks on Third .Jest Street between North . emple and First North Streets, in Paving Extension No. 57; and WHEREAS, a contrret was let by the City to pave said street, and the said Salt Lake and Ogden Railway Company was notified in 1914 to proceed to pave said portion of said street covered by its tracks and two feet each side of the outer rails; and WHEREAS, said Railway Company has been repeatedly noti- fied to proceed with the paving of sei d portion of said street, but has up to this time neglected so to do: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE) that the Salt Lake and Ogden Railway Company be, and it is,hereby ordered and directed to begin the construction of paving between its said tracks and two feet each side of the outer rails thereof, within ten days from the receipt of a copy of this resolution, and have the same com- pleted on or before thirty days from the date of the receipt of said copy of said resolution, and that a copy of this resolution be delivered to said Railway Company by the City Engineer. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE) that the City Engineer notify the Board of Commissioners as to whether or not said railway Company has complied with the provisions of this resolution; that in the event of the failure of said Railway Company to comply with this resolution said Board may take such ter action in th premises as it shall be advised.
