RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, A. M. Marsden has been employed by Salt Lake City as
an Assistant City Attorney for the past six years; and,
WHEREAS, he has-voluntarily resigned from his employment with
Salt Lake City, and such resignation has been accepted by the Board
of Commissioners to be effective July 1, 1966; and,
WHEREAS, during his tenure of employment he has rendered to
Salt Lake City valuable services and has conscientiously borne the
best interests of the City and its residents in mind in the perfor-
mance of his duties:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF SALT LAKE CITY that said Board does hereby express to Mr. Marsden
its sincere appreciation for his conscientious services and for the
able manner in which he has represented the City in matters assigned
to him for his consideration.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Board extends to him its
sincere wishes for happiness and success in whatever endeavor he
undertakes upon retirement.
The City Recorder is hereby directed to deliver a duly authenti-
cated copy of this resolution to Mr. Marsden.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 16th day of June, 1966.
