EXTENSION NO. 1004 ON ANDREW
AVENUE BETWEEN 2ND and 3RD
WEST STREETS
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of April, 1972, this Board declared its
intention to create Sanitary Sewer Extension No. 1004; and
WHEREAS, notice of said intention was published April 26 through
May 3, 1972 and according to all requirements of law; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the llth day of May, 1972,
wherein 16.75% of the total front footage of the district registered
protests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, that after hearing all objections relating to
the proposed district and in considering all protests, and the Board
having determined that said protests so filed were insufficient to
deny the creation of said district, it is hereby resolved that said
Sanitary Sewer Extension No. 1004 be, and the same is, hereby, created
as described in the Notice of Intention, and it is further resolved
to proceed with the making of the improvements in conformity thereto.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 30th day ofsSzamm, 1972.
