Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, alt Lake City has for many years past permitted
burial of poor people in a certain plot in the City Cemetery,
the expense of burial being borne by Galt Lake County; and
I
iWHEREAS, it is now desired to improve the plot of ground
where the County poor are buried, bu grading and beautifying
the same; and
WHEREAS, Salt Lake County is willing to make an appropriation
, . of not to exceed $400.00 for the purpose of such grading and
beautifying of said plot:
1 WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in consideration of said pay-
ment by Salt Lake County for the purposes aforesaid, Salt Lake
City will continue to permit the burial of the pour of the
County in Salt Lake City Cemetery.
This Resolution is passed for the purpose of amending and
taking the place of a similar resolution passed April 19, 1916.
