NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH: That it is necessary and in the public interest of Salt Lake City and its inhabitants that the City, for the use, expansion and additional construction contemplated for its Salt Lake City International Airport, acquire the below described property located at approximately 3800 West North Temple Street in Salt Lake City, Utah; That said land hereinafter described, and the whole thereof, is hereby determined to be necessary for said improvements as hereinabove described; That condemnation proceedings be, and the same hereby are authorized to be brought in the name of Salt Lake City by the Law Department of Salt Lake City, to acquire thereby all land hereinafter described for the necessary construction and expansion of Salt Lake City International Airport as hereinabove set forth; The parcel of land hereby authorized to be acquired by condemna- tion proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of Utah relating to eminent domain, are situated in the County of Salt Lake, State of Utah, and are more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the North line of North Temple Street, said point being North 793.0 feet, more or less, and East 920.0 feet from the Southwest corner of Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence East along North line of said street, 100.0 feet; thence North 200.0 feet; thence West 100.0 feet; thence South 200.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
