RESOLUTION Result . . . . — I WHEREAS, by ordinance duly adopted on the 13th day of July, 1965, the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, ordained that a special election be held in Salt Lake City on the 17th day of August, 1965, to vote upon the following pro- position: Shall Salt Lake City create a separate and independent public body, corporate and politic, which shall be known as the Re- development Agency of Salt Lake City to possess the powers and perform the functions and undertake the obligations specified, defined and prescribed in the Utah Community Redevelopment Law contained in Chapter 13, Laws of Utah 1965?
