Home My WebLink About23 of 1980 - Interlocal Cooperatoin Agreement with Salt Lake County to share the Centrex System which is currentl f RESOLUTION WHEREAS, South Salt Lake City has requested that they be allowed to share the Centrex System which is currently admin- istered by Salt Lake City and shared with Salt Lake County; and WHEREAS, Mountain Bell Telephone Company representatives state that all billing matters and financial liability will be billed directly to South Salt Lake and that Salt Lake City would incur no obligations as to accounting or billing and where Salt Lake City would not give up any integrity to its system nor would it adversly affect the quality or quantity of tele- phone service to either Salt Lake City or Salt Lake County; and WHEREAS, it would immeasurably assist a sister government, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Salt Lake City that Salt Lake City be authorized to enter into the inter-local cooperation agreement which is attached hereto.
