Result
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE MUNICIPAL
ELECTION HELD TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4th, 1941.
WHEREAS, a Municipal Election was held on Tuesday,
the 4th day of November, A. D. 1941, in this City, and;
WHEREAS, on Monday, the 10th day of November A.D.
1941, being the Monday next following said election, the Board
of Commissioners of salt Lake City, Utah, sitting as a Board of
Canvassers as required by law, convened and did publicly canvass
the returns of such election and did continue in session until
the same was completed; and
WHEREAS, on this the IOth day of November, A.D.
1941, having completed said canvass, the Board does find from
such canvass that the following named persons were elected by
a plurality of votes cast, to the offices set opposite their
respective names:
John B. Matheson, Commissioner-for four year ter
Fred Tedesco, Commissioner-for four year ter
Louis E. Holley, Auditor-for four year term
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that certificates of
election issue to the following,named persons to the offices set
opposite their respective names, they and each of them having
received a plurality of all votes cast, and they and each of them
are hereby declared to have been duly elected to said offices and
the City Recorder is hereby directed to issue a certificate of
election to each of said persons, namely:

John B. Matheson Commissioner-for four year term
Fred Tedesco Commissioner-for four year term
Louis E. Holley Auditor-for four year term
This resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commiss'on rs sitting as a Board of
Canvassers this /0 t day of November .D. 1941.
