Greener �ra1 z Harmsengwit.444,0,0,0,4" Swim NPgettses ✓ Phillips RESOLUTION Result I/ RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Civil Service Commission is a vital administrative arm of Salt Lake City government; and WHEREAS, the members of said Commission devote much time and energy to this work with only token remuneration; and WHEREAS, one Wallace D. Hurd was appointed to the Commission on August 3, 1966, was subsequently named chairman on September 11, 1968, and served continuously until July 1, 1974; and WHEREAS, said Wallace D. Hurd served conscientiously and with distinction throughout his tenure both as a Commissioner and as Chairman. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, on behalf of themselves and all the residents of Salt Lake City, hereby express its sincere appreciation and gratitude for the long and faithful service of Wallace D. Hurd and does hereby commend him for his dedicated and noteworth service. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be delivered to Wallace D. Hurd.
