Result . . . .
WHEREAS, Vera Lile has been employed by Salt Lake City in
its Health Department for the past 19 years as a public health
nurse; and
WHEREAS, she is retiring from further employment by the
City as of June 1, 1968; and
WHEREAS, during her entire tenure of employment she has
been a conscientious, capable and efficient public servant; and
WHEREAS, through her faithful service and attention to her
duties she has rendered valuable service to Salt Lake City and
its inhabitants:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, that said Board, on its behalf, and on
behalf of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City, does hereby express
to Vera Lile sincere thanks and appreciation for her devoted
services.
Said Board extends its best wishes that the future will
bring her added enjoyments and satisfactions.
The City Recorder is hereby directed to deliver a copy of
this resolution to Vera Lile.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 21st day of May, 1968.
