Greener ("I;,P,�✓ Harmsen ./ Harrison Phillips � RESOLUTION Result ,j WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Board of Commissioners declared its intention to create Sanitary Sewer District No. 1063; and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has determined and hereby deter- mines that it will be in the best interests of said city to construct a sanitary sewer line as specified on the plans, specifications and profiles on file in the office of the City Engineer; and WHEREAS, said Notice of Intention was published first on January 14, 1975, second, on January 21, 1975, third, on January 28, 1975, and last on February 4, 1975, and that said notice was mailed postage prepaid to each owner of the property to be assessed within the special improvement district as his last known address as said address appeared on the last completed real property assessment rolls of Salt Lake County, and also sent to "owner" at the street number of each piece of improved property to be assessed; and WHEREAS, on the llth day of February, 1975, a public hearing was held pursuant to Notice, in the Chambers of the Salt Lake City Board of Commissioners and it appearing that there were not the requisite number of protests to require abandonment of the district; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS that it does hereby create said Sanitary Sewer District No. 1063 to carry out the purpose and to pay for the project as described in the Notice of Intention, and said Board does hereby authorize the City Engineer to proceed with the project as planned.
