Result RESOLUTION
17133R.ELS, on the 16th day of September, 1920, the Board of
Commissioners of Sal t Luke City duly passed a resolution of inten-
tion to operate and maintain for a period of one year fr cni October
29, 1920 to and including October 28, 1921, Lighting District No.
Two in Salt Lake City, which resolution directed the City Lngineer
to oe ke and file with the City Recorder a written report present-
ing plans and specifications for the improvements necessary for
said lighting district, and an estimate of the cost and incidental
expenses thereof and a diagram showing the proposed district with
separate lots thereof numbered, ark the proposed assessment of
the costs and exp enses of the proposed improvement upon The
several lots in said district; and
WHEREAS, The City :engineer has complied with said resolu-
• tion and has made and filed said report so required of him with the
City Rec order, and the City Recorder has presented the same to the
Board of Commissioners, who have duly considered the said report:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners
of Sal t Lake City, that on wadneaaay the 13t1,day of Octol,ar , 1920,
at the hour of 10 A. M. of said day, the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City will, in the Council Chamber of the said Board, in
the City and County Building in Salt.Lake City, hear and consider
protests against either the said improvement generally, or against
the proposed assessment fixed in the report of the City Engineer
hereinabove mentioned; and any person owning property in said pro-
i.osed improvement district, may, at or before the time herein
'•zed for hearing such protests, file with the City Recorder a
ritten protest setting forth his objection to such proposed im-
.rovement; and the City Recorder is hereby directed to give publi;
.otice of the said hearing in the manner provided by law.
