IN MEMORIAM Resolution of Condolence to the Family of John Francis Fitzpatrick WHEREAS, John Francis Fitzpatrick, civic leader and for many years publisher of the Salt Lake Tribune, passed away on the llth day of September, A.D. 1960; and WHEREAS, his outstanding contributions to the economic, cultural, civic and religious life of Salt Lake City, the State of Utah, and the Intermountain West have earned him the love and respect of the entire community; NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City does hereby pay tribute to his integrity, his great accomplishments, his many services to this City, the endless love and friendship which he demonstrated to all who knew him, and for his rich contribution to the welfare of the citizens of Salt Lake City and the annals of its history. Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be delivered to the family of John Francis Fitzpatrick as an expression of our sympathy and our sincere appreciation for the contributions he made to the advancement of Salt Lake City.
