WHEREAS, the statutes of the State of Utah and the ordinances
of Salt Lake City require that the Board of Commissioners shall hold at
least four public meetings a week, one of which shall be held in the
evening; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
is desirous of establishing a schedule of its regular meetings in
accordance with said statutes and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH:
1. That henceforth the regular meetings of the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, shall be held on Tuesdays,
Wednesdays and Thursdays at the hour of 10:00 A. M. and on Thursdays
at the hour of 4:30 P. M.
2. That all previous resolutions or directives of the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
3. That this resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 4th day of October, 1962.
