BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah, that Tracy-Collins Bank & Trust Company
be, and it hereby is, designated as a depository for funds
of Salt Lake City to be deposited in a checking account;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any one of the following
named persons be, and each of them is, authorized to sign
all checks drawn upon each such checking accounts prepared
by the Auditor of Salt Lake City, to-wit:
Louis E. Holley, City Auditor
Lawrence A. Jones, Chief Deputy Auditor
Louis F. Charvoz, Deputy Auditor
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each of said persons sign
and deliver to said depository the usual signature card and
that a copy of this resolution shall be filed with said
depository.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 13th day of November, 1963.
