WHEREAS, Salt Lake City is the owner of the following propert , in the southeast quarter of Section 25 , Township 1 north, Range 1 west, Salt Lake Meridian, more particularly described in the blue print attached hereto ; and WHEREAS, The said property contains valuable gravel and sand for building purposes , and is situated on a side hill readily accessible end immediately north and east of the Warm Springs ; and WHEREAS, It would be desirable and to the best interests of Salt Lake City to lease said propertyi:1444rwi yaape to the highest responsible bidder, with a sufficient bond to guarantee the performance of the following terms and conditions: That when the building material shall have been removed, the lessee• shall restore the said tract of ground so that there will be a uniform slope from northeast to southwest , to conform to the systeii of parking heretofore adopted; that all large gravel and stones shall be crushed to such dimensions as will permit the leveling and sloping above provided: NO THEREFORE, Be it resolved that Salt Lake City advertise for and solicit bids to lease said above described property upon the terms and conditions herein provided.
