RESOLVED, That the resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners
January 6, 1916, authorising and directing the Mayor and City
• Recorder to execute and oountersign an agreement presented by the
City Attorney between Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County, waiving
the provision of a deed executed by Salt Lake City to Salt Lake
County September E6, 1891, be, and the same is hereby rescinded and
cancelled.
